Graduate Education

For on-campus students, there are many options to incorporate biometrics into your degree plan of study. Our graduate students have undergraduate backgrounds in Technology, Science, and Engineering. Our Masters students have graduated in MS degrees at Purdue in Information Security (via CERIAS), Technology, and Computational Science and Engineering. Biometric Technologies and Applications (IT 54500) is our gateway course into biometrics. Designed for upper level undergraduate and graduate students in any major, the course covers an introduction to biometric modalities, testing and evaluation (including design of experiments), and standards. The course will be offered in the Fall online.
