Online Webinar: Fingerprint Sensor Interoperability and its Impact on System Performance.

The increasing use of distributed authentication architecture has highlighted interoperability issues of biometric systems. Although interoperability is a system wide concern, this online seminar will concentrate on the ongoing efforts at understanding fingerprint sensor interoperability. BSPA Labs has conducted experiments over the past few years aimed at addressing the challenges related to sensor interoperability. The online seminar will cover the following discussion points:
1. Importance of fingerprint sensor interoperability
2. Sources of issues related to sensor interoperability
3. Analysis framework for evaluating sensor interoperability
4. Discussion of experimental results and its practical applicability
